Not Shopping at Barney's
Retiring Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) is known for many things...but being a fashion icon isn't one of them. Frank set tongues wagging with this dressed-down appearance on the House floor last month, and as The Washington Post reported, "C-SPAN cameras captured the ensemble, which highlighted Frank’s less-than-buff torso, and the image quickly went viral, drawing snickers across the Internet."
