Annie Leibovitz
Famous for her snaps of A-list celebrities, Leibovitz owed $2.1 million in federal taxes for 2004 to 2007, as well as New York State tax liens that totaled $383,895. She was also sued in 2009 for nonpayment on a $24 million loan from Art Capital Group, on which she had pledged her homes and her entire photographic library as part of the collateral to pay the loan.
