The other day, a young member of our staff asked, “What exactly is the Benghazi issue all about?” He knew that an American ambassador had been killed, and that Hillary Clinton was secretary of state when that happened. But like many other Americans, he didn’t understand what the House panel investigating Benghazi was hoping to find out now, in particular from Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton.
