Air-carrier Allegiant must miss the good ol’ days when you had to make reservations in person, because while the concept might sound a little 1980s to the rest of us, heading to the Allegiant ticket office is the only way to pay for your flight without being charged an additional fee. According to the fine print, flights booked by phone or online include carrier usage charges of $14.99 and $10 respectively, per passenger, each way.
