Quality Inn (also on JD)

Quality Inn, a chain that’s in the “mid-scale” category and offers full-service restaurants, lounges, room service and conference centers, received negative reviews in value and upkeep in the CR survey, but positive reviews in the check-in category. In the J.D. Power survey, it fell below average in 5 out of 7 categories. TripAdvisor reviewers at the Williams, Arizona, location reported that their rooms were far from “quality,” with mold smells, worn-out mattresses and missing linoleum in the bathroom.
