Braasch Dentistry, a chic cosmetic dental office with modern art lining the walls in Omaha, Nebraska, features frosted glass, rock gardens, custom built wooden counters, TVs in every room, an office iPad for customers to enjoy, blankets and pillows while they’re in the chair, and thank-you gifts for every new patient. It’s not cheap though. A new-patient visit with x-rays and a cleaning is $334, and each composite resin filling is $268. “We don’t do any silver here,” says hygienist and practice manager Kim Swanson.
