Saturn Sky (2007)
The sporty Saturn Sky was first released as a 2007 model. The Sky features 18-inch wheels and a turbocharged direct injected engine. A two-seat rear-drive roadster with a manually operated convertible top, the Sky’s design included GM’s rear-wheel drive Kappa platform.The aggressive styling brought praise as a welcome departure from traditional Saturn design. But the Wilmington, Del., assembly plant closed in July 2009, ending production of the Sky.
