September sales, the most recent data available, jumped 15.4 percent from a year before. Salt Lake County, which made up 30 percent of the state’s sales, experienced a 16 percent leap in sales volume. Through September, sales are 19 percent stronger than in the same period in 2014. Rich County put up the best performance in September. Closed sales there tripled to 12 sales from four last year.
