Although Sin City is famous for its mega-casino hotels and entertainment venues, the city is also growing in popularity among retirees and families with its fine dining, shopping and countless performances of every variety.
Hotel rates tend to run high in Las Vegas, but last year the median rate fell to as low as $126 towards the end of March. When you do book your trip, don’t plan it for the last week of April as hotels and airfares were at their highest at that point in 2015.
